3. Is the securities account and funds in the account opened by me in Fuche International Securities and Futures protected?
Fuche International Securities Futures holds a Class 1 regulated activity license in Hong Kong and is subject to strict supervision by the Securities and Futures Commission. What should I do if I cannot receive the verification code during SMS verification?
There are two solutions that can help you quickly solve the problem:
(1) Mainland users please call the customer service hotline of Fuche International Securities and Futures at 400-969-0852, and Hong Kong users please call 852-2114-1970
(2) Click on online consultation, consult customer service online
Both of the above methods will have dedicated personnel to assist in solving the problem. If urgent handling is required, it is recommended to call customer service directly.
 
Why does the app fail to log in?
(1) Program issues
1) App version too low
App login failed, possibly due to a low software version. We recommend updating the app to the latest version. If it is already the latest version, we recommend that you shut down for 5-10 minutes before logging in again.
2) APP software components are damaged
A certain component of the APP software is damaged, which may cause the software to be unable to log in. Simply uninstall and reinstall it.
(2) Network issues
1) Network interruption
The reason why the program cannot log in may be due to your device being unable to connect to the network. It is recommended that you check the network environment of your device to ensure a normal network environment.
2) The program does not allow the use of the network
If your device's network environment is normal but the program cannot connect to the network, it is recommended that you check if the program is allowed to use the device network.
(3) Feedback problem/Contact customer service
If you still cannot log in after trying the above methods, you can provide feedback and suggestions on the app/official website or contact customer service.
 
Why do we need to do two factor authentication (2FA)?
Two way factor authentication (2FA) refers to verifying a user's identity through two factors: private information, personal items, and physiological characteristics. It is an effective authentication mechanism to prevent hacker attacks.
The CSRC issued the Guidelines on Reducing and Mitigating the Risk of Hacker Intrusion Related to Internet Transactions on October 27, 2017, which pointed out that the login procedure of customers' Internet trading accounts should be subject to dual authentication, that is, the customer's identity should be verified through the customer's known information (such as login password) and the customer owned tools (such as mobile phones). Using 2FA is not easy to obtain and crack, and can effectively reduce the risk of hacker intrusion.
 
How to achieve dual authentication for Fuche International Securities and Futures?
Fuche International Securities and Futures verifies customer identity through known information (such as login passwords) and tools owned by customers (such as mobile phones), thereby achieving dual authentication.
(1) Mobile phone number security authentication
After opening an account, users of Fuzhe International Securities and Futures will complete the binding and activation of their Fuzhe International Securities and Futures trading account. During this process, the trading account has been successfully linked to their mobile phone number and authenticated.
If the customer's mobile phone number is no longer in use, please change the authentication mobile phone number in the APP 【 Settings 】 - 【 Modify Login Mobile Phone Number 】; Or contact customer service to change the number.
(2) Device binding authentication
Complete the binding of commonly used devices through the app's "Settings" - "Device Management"; Before logging into the app or conducting transactions on a new device, you need to verify your phone number. Only after passing the verification can you log in and trade normally.
