How to change the information of the Rich Book account?
1. Change account password
1.1 Change Transaction Password: Register/Login to APP Account → My → Account and Security → Click on Change Transaction Password → Enter Original Password → Enter Six digit New Password → Confirm New Password → Obtain Verification Code → Enter Verification Code in SMS → Click Confirm Change
1.2 Change Login Password: Register/Login APP Account → My → Account and Security → Click on Change Login Password → Enter Original Password → Enter a new password with no less than 6 letters and numbers → Confirm New Password → Click Confirm
2. Change the bound phone number
2.1 Change through APP: Register/Login APP Account → My → Click Settings → Click Change Login Phone Number → Click Confirm (Send Verification Code to Original Phone Number) → Enter Verification Code → Enter Login Password → Submit Authentication
2.2 By submitting the change information form: through the official website of Fuche“ https://www.ftftx.com/ ”→ Help Center → Common Forms → Download [Customer Information Update Application Form] → Print, handwrite, and send via photo to the customer service email of Fuche“ cs@alphahkint.com ”→ Expected to complete the change within one working day
3. Change email address：
Through the official website of Fuche“ https://www.ftftx.com/ ”→ Help Center → Common Forms → Download the Customer Information Update Application Form → Print handwritten photos and send them to the customer service email of Fuche“ cs@alphahkint.com ”→ Expected to complete the change within one working day
4. Change account opening information：
4.1 Account opening unsuccessful: Account opening rejected → Revise information and sign again for submission
4.2 Successful Account Opening: Through the official website of Fuche“ https://www.ftftx.com/ ”→ Help Center → Common Forms → Download [Customer Information Update Application Form] → Print, handwrite, and send via photo to the customer service email of Fuche“ cs@alphahkint.com ”→ Expected to complete the change within one working day
