If the account opening information is rejected due to issues, you can log in to the app to modify the information and submit it for review again.
The specific issues are as follows:
① Proof of Address Required: If your usual residential address or mailing address is not an ID card address, you will need to provide a valid address proof document within three months (link to "What is Address Proof");
② Front and back photos of ID card: The ID card photo should be taken at all four corners, with clear and non reflective content;
③ Designated Action Shooting: When applying for account opening using the Rich Book Securities app, a random designated action photo needs to be taken: touching the ear, pointing the chin, or extending the five fingers. Please follow the prompts to perform the designated action, and do not block your face with your fingers;
④ Handheld ID card: The picture is clear and non reflective. It is recommended to focus the camera on the ID card, with the ID card slightly closer to the camera but not blocking the face;
⑤ Bank card information: Please fill in Hong Kong or overseas bank account information; If not available, select 'Mainland Bank Card Only';
⑥ Need to submit ID photo for auxiliary review: If the score of the ID recognition system is low, please reply to the email and provide your passport or Hong Kong/Macau travel permit for auxiliary review;
⑦ Unclear unit address: Detailed unit address must be filled in, accurate to the house number.
