Hang Seng Bank Online Banking Remittance Process
Step 1: Visit the official website address of Hang Seng Bank：https://www.hangseng.com/
Open personal online banking and log in to "Personal e-Banking"
Step 2: Transfer funds
1. Open the transfer interface: Select "Account Services" - "P.P Payment Platform" - "Transfer" - "To Third Party/Other Banks in Hong Kong"
2. Fill in remittance information
Debit Account: Select the account to be used for remitting money to Fuche
Account registration: Select unregistered payee
(Note: It is recommended to check the "Add as Registered Payee" option for the next deposit.)
Transfer Method: Select "Through Mobile Phone Number/Email/Quick Payment System Identification Code"
Identification code: Select "Quick Payment System Identification Code"
Quick Payment System Identification Code: 8253338 (Fill in the Rich FPS Identification Code)
Receiving Bank: Select "Default Receiving Bank"
Payee Name: FTFT International Securities and Futures Limited
Amount: Enter the amount to be transferred (FPS only supports Hong Kong dollar and offshore RMB remittances)
Transfer date: Instant
To the recipient's information/remarks: Fill in the Rich Register account number
3. Check the transfer information and confirm submission
Debit Account: Select the account to be used for remitting money to Fuche

Step 3: Complete the remittance and screenshot the remittance voucher
Step 4: Upload the remittance voucher on the APP and notify Rich Book
1. Log in to the app - My - Deposit Funds - I hold a Hong Kong bank card - Select the deposit currency
2. Select the remitting bank - remitted, notify the bank account - fill in the remittance amount and bank account number - upload the voucher - submit
