Remittance Process of CITIC Bank International (CITIC Bank Hong Kong)
Step 1: Log in to online banking https://ibanking.cncbinternational.com/CKWPortal/appmanager/Portal/CKWPerson?isPPB=0&displayLang=en_US
Step 2: Add Template
(For small transfers under 10000 yuan, there is no need to set a template. Simply click on the transfer button and select "Small Transfer to Unregistered Account" in the receiving account.)
Select: Process Bank Account - Remittance - My Remittance Template - Add Template
Select: Process Bank Account - Remittance - My Remittance Template - Add Template
The template can add different receiving bank accounts for the rich book.
Example: Set the Bank of China Hong Kong account on the Rich List as a new template
(1) Fill in the template name - select the account for the expenditure account. If you want to deposit in Hong Kong dollars, choose the Hong Kong dollar account. If you want to deposit in US dollars, choose the US dollar account (you need to have sufficient cash in the account);
(2) Select the incoming account, check the account of other local financial institutions that have not been registered - select 012 Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited - fill in the information of Bank of China Hong Kong received in the email at the time of account opening - submit;

(3) Click on 'Use Xinyin International Token' - Open the Xinyin International Token app downloaded on your phone (you need to activate the Xinyin International Token first, please refer to the prompts on the Xinyin International page for details) - Click on 'Wait for Verification' - Click on 'Confirm' - Enter the eight digit token password set during activation - Click on 'Confirm'.
Step 3: Set daily trading limit
Click on "My Online Settings" - "Set Transaction Limit" - Set the transfer/remittance to unregistered account to a maximum of 100000- Click "Submit".

Note: After adding the template, the transfer will be made on the second working day after the template takes effect
(1) Click on "Process Bank Account" ->"Transfer" ->select the debit account (personal account) and the credit account (rich account) ->submit;

(2) Confirm the transfer information, click "Confirm" - the transfer instruction has been successfully submitted;

Step 5: Upload the remittance voucher on the APP and notify Rich Book
1. Log in to the app - My - Deposit Funds - I hold a Hong Kong bank card - Select the deposit currency
2. Select the remitting bank - remitted, notify the bank account - fill in the remittance amount and bank account number - upload the voucher - submit
