Calculation time for personal foreign exchange purchase and settlement limit

The cumulative limit for the year 2007 was calculated from February 1, 2007 to December 31, 2007, and has been calculated based on the calendar year since 2008.
The calendar year refers to the period from January 1st to December 31st.

for example：

Xiaoming purchased $50000 in foreign exchange on December 31, 2018, which is part of the foreign exchange purchase quota for the year 2018. On the second day, January 1st, 2019, an additional 50000 US dollars of foreign exchange can be purchased, which is part of the foreign exchange quota for the year 2019.
The same applies to foreign exchange settlement.
