New stock subscription operation process
1. Prepare to subscribe for funds
If the account funds are insufficient to subscribe for new shares, please ensure that sufficient funds are deposited before subscribing.
2. View and select subscription for new shares
Step 1:
Open the app, click on "Account" below, click on "More", and then click on "New Stock Subscription" in the stock column.
Step 2:
View the new stock information in the subscription process, select the new stock you want to subscribe for, and click "subscribe" in the bottom right corner.
If the account funds are insufficient to subscribe for new shares, please ensure that sufficient funds are deposited before subscribing.
2. View and select subscription for new shares
Step 1:
Open the app, click on "Account" below, click on "More", and then click on "New Stock Subscription" in the stock column.
Step 2:
View the new stock information in the subscription process, select the new stock you want to subscribe for, and click "subscribe" in the bottom right corner.
3. Submit subscription application
(1) Fill in subscription information, confirm submission of application
Fill in the subscribed new shares, number of shares, and subscription method, confirm the information, and submit the application.
(2) Query subscription status
Unprocessed: Indicates that your new stock subscription application has been submitted and is awaiting review by FTSE International Securities and Futures. Orders can be cancelled or changed before the subscription deadline.
Purchased: This indicates that your subscription application has been approved by FTSE International Securities and Futures and has been submitted to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, but the distribution result has not yet been determined. At this time, the subscription application cannot be modified or cancelled.
Rejected: Indicates that the subscription application has not been approved. Please consult our customer service for specific reasons.
Selected: Refers to stocks that have been fully or partially allocated for subscription. The arrival time of stocks may be slightly delayed.
Not selected: Refers to stocks that have not been allocated for subscription.
4. Publish the winning results and refunds
The distribution results of new stock subscriptions in Hong Kong stocks are announced uniformly by the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, usually on the trading day before the official listing date.
(1) Please check the lottery results on the lottery announcement date by selecting "Account" - "More" - "New Stock Subscription" on the APP, or by checking your position and daily statement. If not selected, the funds will be refunded on the date of selection announcement.
(2) For new stock subscription, if a portion of the shares are won, the principal of the portion that was not won will be refunded to the subscription account on the announcement date of the winning bid; If there are special circumstances, the refund date announced by the exchange shall prevail.
