Query steps:
Log in to the app - click on "More" - "Funds · History" - view your deposit status.
The deposit status is described as follows:
(1) 'Unprocessed': means that you have remitted the funds and notified Fuche that Fuche has not received the funds (the time of receipt is subject to the bank's processing time).
(2) 'Arrived': means that the payment has been received by Fuche and the account has been processed for you. You can check the account balance to see the status.
(3) Rejected ": indicates that there is an issue with the deposit, such as depositing from a different account or submitting a remittance voucher that does not meet the requirements. Please contact customer service for consultation or wait for customer service notification.
(4) 'Withdrawn': means that you have found that the notification information or remittance information is incorrect. You can click 'Withdraw' to resubmit.
