When the trading is suspended, the stock will become a non financing stock. If you hold the suspended stock and have used financing, it is likely to cause a margin call and your account will become in a "dangerous" state. At this time, the system will immediately issue a notice to recover the margin. In this case, Fuche will notify the client to replenish the deposit; If the user exceeds the prescribed period and still maintains the status of recovering margin, Fuzhe has the right to forcibly close the account; If there is a significant fluctuation in the market value of other stocks held by the user during the margin call period, Fuzhe may immediately close the position without further notice.
(1) If the suspension of trading in Hong Kong stocks is a normal news, the original margin ratio (collateral ratio) will be maintained after the stock resumes trading. That is, if the account experiences a margin call due to trading suspension at T+0, the stock will revert back to a collateralized financing stock when trading resumes at T+2. If the account assets do not change during this process, the margin call status will be automatically cancelled as the stock resumes trading.
(2) If the suspension message is a negative message, FTSE will adjust the margin ratio of the stock, even to 100% (non collateralized financing). After resumption of trading, the account may still be in a state of recovering margin. Users need to promptly replenish the margin after receiving a margin call, otherwise FTSE will force liquidation.
(3) If the user only holds one stock and the trading is suspended, please be aware of the account risk and promptly replenish the margin, otherwise they may still be forced to close their position after the stock resumes trading.
