Opening a company account
1. Mainland companies open company accounts
Opening method：The director must personally visit the company to open an account, and authorized personnel are not accepted to do so (unless the authorized personnel are authorized to handle the daily operation of the account)
1.1 Bank Account Requirements：A corporate Hong Kong bank account is required to open an account. Please provide bank account information.
1.2 Carrying Information：
Company related supporting documents
① Business License
② Audit accounts of the previous fiscal year
③ Tax Registration Certificate
④ Board resolution authorizing the opening of an account (and authorized signatory)
⑤ Annual Declaration Form (Recently)
⑥ Recently registered documents with the Administration for Industry and Commerce
⑦ Outline of Articles of Association and Articles of Association
⑧ ID cards or passports of authorized individuals, major shareholders, and directors
⑨ List of shareholders (if the company is a private company not registered in Hong Kong)
In addition, account opening application documents need to be submitted (original copies of the following documents are required)
⑨ Application Form for Company Customer Account Opening
⑩ Self Certification Form - Entity, and Self Certification Form - Controller (if applicable)
⑪ Form W8-BEN-E (Corporate Customers)
1.3 Processing Procedure
1.3.1 Firstly, the customer emails all the information to Fuche for review, and then arranges a time to personally open an account at the company
1.3.2 Please bring all required account opening documents (originals) and company seal to the Hong Kong company for account opening in person.
